We collect information on the DUKE STORE website from you when you register for an account on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

All data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store personal data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If customers make purchases with the use of a credit card, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

As mentioned in the 'Terms of Service' section of the website, use of the website is conditional upon the acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers set out in the ("Terms and Conditions"). The use of the website constitutes an agreement to the Terms and Condition.
